United Way is working to help every person in every community get on a path toward financial security. That starts with access to education and training opportunities to prepare people for good-paying jobs with the potential to grow into long-term, sustainable careers.

Meanwhile, understanding how to use financial tools like checking and savings accounts helps people build financial security. But it’s not something every family or school teaches.

Which is why United Way of Northern Arizona is partnering with organizations in the community to provide financial literacy and workforce development programs.
