United Way of Northern Arizona is Leading the Way by bringing people together to make positive changes in our communities.
Together we can tackle the big challenges in early childhood development. We can ensure that our youth grow up to be strong and resilient – mentally, physically, and emotionally. We can meet the basic needs of safety and security for all who live in Coconino, Navajo, and Apache counties.
Please join us as we build a stronger community and a better future for northern Arizonans.
We can do more United.
The experiences children have in their first five years will have a profound impact on their ability to succeed in school, work, and life.
We support programs that foster social and emotional development, cognitive language skills, and early literacy, mathematics and science learning.
We convene conversations with our youth to best identify the support they need, including mental health and wellness needs.
We support programs that foster resilience in our youth and help them reach their full potential.
We foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, so all northern Arizona youth develop a strong sense of self-worth and belonging.
United Way of Northern Arizona is on the front lines in times of crisis for individuals, families, and even entire communities.
We partner with local governments, businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations to ensure that basic needs are met every day, and marshal volunteers and financial support in times of crisis, such as wildfires, floods, and other emergencies.
