United is the Way is a call to action. When we stand together, we have the power to create lasting change, transform lives, and build stronger communities for everyone.

  • We can expand youth opportunities, and step up for youth from birth to career.
  • We can promote healthy communities, helping families meet basic needs like safe housing and adequate food.
  • We can provide programs and services to ensure financial security for our neighbors.
  • We can strengthen community resiliency in times of crisis.

Please join us as we build a better future for northern Arizonans.

Together we can, because United is the Way!

Youth Opportunity – Early Childhood Development

The experiences children have in their first five years will have a profound impact on their ability to succeed in school, work, and life. We support expanding access to high-quality child care, as well as programs that foster social and emotional development, cognitive language skills, and early literacy, mathematics and science learning.

Youth Opportunity – Promoting Strong, Resilient Adolescents & Teens

We convene conversations with youth to identify the kind of support they need, including mental health and wellness programs. We help them reach their full potential while fostering diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, so the next generation of northern Arizonans have a strong sense of self-worth and belonging.

Healthy Communities

We partner with local governments, businesses, and other organizations to help families meet basic needs like safe housing and adequate food, enabling them to move from day-to-day existence to planning for a positive future.

Financial Security

We support education, tools, and job training programs so that families have financial freedom, peace of mind, and can build a stronger future for themselves and their children.
